Privacy Policy for ArchAI Home Planner 3D

Information the Home Planner 3D collects

The app may process photos you choose, room scans, floor plans, measurements, notes, shopping-list items, projects, and design images. These stay on your device and, if you enable it, in your iCloud account. We do not need an account for basic planning.

If you sign in, we receive the identifiers needed to restore purchases and sync supported content. Purchase status is handled through Apple and RevenueCat.

Camera, LiDAR, and photos

Camera, photo library, and LiDAR access are used only when you start a scan, take a measurement, import a floor plan, or create an AI design. Spatial data is used to build plans and estimates. We do not sell room scans.

AI Floor Planner and design processing

Some features send prompts, floor-plan images, or room photos to cloud providers so a model can return a layout, room detection, or design concept. Do not include information you would not want processed for that purpose. On-device features such as Apple Foundation Models and dictation stay on supported Apple devices.

HomePlanner3D.app website analytics

The website may use Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel if those IDs are configured. These tools collect aggregated usage such as pages viewed and App Store button clicks (iOS_App_Store_Click). You can block analytics with browser controls. We do not use analytics to identify you from a floor plan.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who host the website, process subscriptions, or run AI features you request. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

You can delete scans, plans, and designs in the app. Turning off iCloud for the app stops cloud copies on that device. To request deletion of account-related data, email hello@rocketdigital.ai.

Children

ArchAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
