These Terms govern your use of ArchAI (App Store name: AI Room & Home Planner: LiDAR) and the website https://www.homeplanner3d.app, provided by Rocket Digital Ltd. By using the app or site, you agree to these Terms.
The ArchAI Home Planner 3D product
ArchAI is an AI Home Planner 3D for iPhone and iPad. It is a planning, visualization, and communication tool. It is not architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, fire-safety, or accessibility software, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional.
Floor plans, LiDAR scans, and AI
Floor plans, LiDAR scans, AR measurements, furniture-fit boxes, renovation quantities, moving estimates, and AI images are planning aids. Accuracy varies with device, lighting, technique, and source images. Verify any number that matters for construction, buying, or moving. AI layouts and room redesigns are concepts, not construction documents.
Subscriptions
The app is free to download. Optional Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchases are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.
Your content
You keep rights in photos, plans, and notes you create. You grant us a limited license to process that content only to provide the features you request, including cloud AI features. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use outputs to mislead someone into believing they are certified drawings.
Disclaimer and liability
The app and website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on plans, scans, estimates, or AI images.
